I would stay far away from this Rip Off Bank . They charge $5.00 for ATM withdrawal and another $ 2.50 service fee. That's $ 7.50 ! If they charge the highest rate I've ever seen for this little transaction, I'm sure their management charges other high exorbitant fees to their other services. You have been warned.
