  For those who have had a positive experience all I can say I say is, good for you that is the exception not the rule. When my is up I have NO plans to renew. Rules change without notice and you can expect to be nickeled and dimes for everything (I guess some one has to pay for the renovation, which those who already live here do not seem to be getting). Getting repairs is not an easy task even if the repair is urgent. Whe water was literally pouring out from the AC it took at least two emails to get some one to fix it. Other request for maintenance are usually ignored and when you get a response more than likely they will tell nothing is wrong. if you need the office staff the office may or may not be open depends on what they have going on. They are quick to stick notices in your door regarding violations you knew nothing about (nothing in the lease about it the so called violation) and quick to blame former management team for not informing tenants of infractions. Will not usually receive 24 hours notice about entering your apartment and do not expect to get an answer on some things at all. I have been waiting since November for a response about when notice were given to residents about the repainting of the carports and that vehicles should be removed since our car was damaged because we never received the notice. All in all I will tell anyone who asks do not rent here. Not worth what they are now asking for in rent.
