If I could give this place a minus ten (-10) I would. The white gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. The white instructor talking my test was personable and clear with her instructions during the test. After my test, (which was way to easy, I pasted, I never even went out on the actual roads) I sat waiting for fifteen minutes, I was called to the desk and an older black woman behind the desk was beyond obnoxious and obviously had a serious problem with non-US citizens or maybe just me because I am from the UK. She had no customer service skills being rude, unhelpful, uncooperative, blegrant, and looking to see where she could throw up as many problems as possible. I gave her all of the immigration documents she requested including the I-130 to which she put all the documents back on the desk and said she had to have the 'full' I-130 application for her to process the drivers license. I showed her AGAIN the I-130 which proved the application had been filed to USCIS but she said that she had to see the application documents herself. I then had to go to my solicitor to get a copy printed out. Upon return, I had the same older black woman with the same terrible 'obnoxious-why-are-you-bothering-me-careless' attitude. Once again I gave her all the documents she had requested, to which she dumped the I-130 application back at me and barked aggressively, 'I don't know why you are giving me all of that mess!' at this point I noticed there was another white assistant was walking back and forth behind her, I replied 'That is what you asked for three and a half hours ago even when I showed the 1-130 from the USCIS.' To this she retorted, 'I did not ask to see the application and you did not show me any USCIS documents.' At this point I was so fed-up with her disgusting attitude I replied 'Do you have what you need now?' She replied 'Well yes' I replied well that is exactly what I gave you three hours ago. She did not answer. She then proceeded to lay the documents out in front of her looking at them for more than eight minutes doing nothing. Finally she picked the documents up and processed the licence which took over 20 minutes. I would advise anyone not to use this location if possible, especially if you are foreign as it is obvious this individual had a problem with non-US citizens.

I remember when my mom and I had to get an official ID for me when I was about 14 years old. There was a lady who had to ask us questions so that she could have proper information to display on my ID. One of the questions was about my citizenship status, and I understand that this type of question is important. The lady asked, "And you're not from here?". I am Hispanic, which one would probably never know if I was born in the U.S.A, but the way she asked got me feeling upset. She gave me a kind of look when she asked the question as well. I responded, "I am a U.S. citizen, I was born in Dallas, Texas". After I responded, she had a weird vibe the rest of the time. I just don't like it when people assume, when they don't know the facts. However, overall the service here is good.
